Teodosio Quinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Amato in the 13th minute of the match. Teodosio Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Garaile in the 15th minute of play. Evaristo Perpinya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Evis, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Evaristo Perpinya came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by 【ARG】爺爺你將永遠活在我的心's Fernando Evis. But to his dismay, Fernando Evis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Astor Pugliese scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evaristo Perpinya, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Borussia Gelo's Gualterio Garaile got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind 【ARG】爺爺你將永遠活在我的心's goalkeeper Teodosio Quinton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 【ARG】爺爺你將永遠活在我的心's Astor Pugliese got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evaristo Perpinya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Evis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of 【ARG】爺爺你將永遠活在我的心 booed when Borussia Gelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Lehoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perivaldo Favoretto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Astor Pugliese made the kick off in the second half. Gualterio Garaile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Quinton having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Perivaldo Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Quinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Borussia Gelo's Melquiades Lehoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodosio Quinton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Borussia Gelo's Melquiades Lehoi got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Astor Pugliese made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 87thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Evaristo Perpinya would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After a rather tough play, 【ARG】爺爺你將永遠活在我的心's Fernando Evis got a free kick in the 94th minute. If Perivaldo Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Borussia Gelo fans cheered their team off the field, for while 【ARG】爺爺你將永遠活在我的心 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
