Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Basilio Jakes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, one of Loventué:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some careless play in the Loventué defense, Marcos Garci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Francisco Gregory. The Loventué fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Francisco Gregory should have stopped the shot. Ramiro Gumaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Arbolito's goalkeeper Leo Urtsin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conrado Abarca. Francisco Gregory took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Teodor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Loventué's Conrado Abarca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Urtsin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Aristides Mero got a throw-in 26 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gregorio Matei. Ramiro Gumaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Urtsin having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Raimundo Chabier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Francisco Gregory was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Francisco Gregory took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Chabier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Loventué players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Arbolito were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramiro Gumaro was the one to do the kick off. Remigio Guillen kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. If Ladislao Matteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Abarca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Leo Urtsin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Jerardo in the 57th minute of play forced Arbolito's goalkeeper Leo Urtsin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ladislao Matteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Arsenio Teodor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Arbolito's zone, Conrado Abarca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Urtsin came out of the goal and Conrado Abarca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the game, Aristides Mero threw the ball into play from the sideline. Loventué's Dario Remigio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 78 played minutes Arbolito got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Teodor. Loventué's Ramiro Gumaro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ivo Mendonça, made in the 83rd minute of the game. Francisco Gregory was a little too slow when Arsenio Teodor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 96th minute Ivo Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Gregory saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
