An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Lico in the 13th minute of play forced Barcelona F.C's goalkeeper Santo Orzaize to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Orzaize took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Mikelar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santo Orzaize showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Lico, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona F.C's zone, Natalio Lico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santo Orzaize came out of the goal and Natalio Lico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santo Orzaize showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Lico, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Natalio Lico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Orzaize having to interfere. Santo Orzaize showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Pere in the 37th minute of the match. Barcelona F.C's Santo Orzaize played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Mikelar in the 43rd minute of play. In the 48th minute Baldomero Mikelar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Orzaize saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Baldomero Mikelar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Santo Orzaize tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute Natalio Lico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Orzaize saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Barcelona F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Joseph to maneuver through the defense. Natalio Lico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Orzaize having to interfere. If Natalio Lico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Gabirel in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Santo Orzaize, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Barcelona F.C getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Amadeo Joseph hit a great ball. If Natalio Lico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
