In the 3rdth minute of the game Benito Jakes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SPORTIVO BELGRANO SF's Lázaro Orkatz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SPORTIVO BELGRANO SF's Rogelio Cresencio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 13th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Natalio Lordi but with some difficulty. Oscar Quexal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Quexal in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lázaro Orkatz saved SPORTIVO BELGRANO SF from getting behind. Octavio Lano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Lordi having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Caballito AFC's goalkeeper Natalio Lordi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Ferdinand. 24 minutes into the match, SPORTIVO BELGRANO SF's Octavio Lano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Natalio Lordi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oscar Quexal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Lázaro Orkatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Jakes in the 31st minute of play forced SPORTIVO BELGRANO SF's goalkeeper Lázaro Orkatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Oscar Quexal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lázaro Orkatz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The Caballito AFC fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Caballito AFC's Benito Jakes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Oscar Quexal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oscar Quexal to make the kick off. Celedonio Erruki kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 56thth minute of the game Oscar Quexal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SPORTIVO BELGRANO SF's Lázaro Orkatz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oscar Quexal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lázaro Orkatz came out and tried to block the shot, but Oscar Quexal slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Lano in the 63rd minute of play forced Caballito AFC's goalkeeper Natalio Lordi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Octavio Lano sped through Caballito AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Natalio Lordi. In the 74th minute of the match Ramiro Bizen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Natalio Lordi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Natalio Lordi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Florinio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Jakes's late challenge caught a SPORTIVO BELGRANO SF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benito Jakes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Caballito AFC's Benito Jakes got a free kick in the 76th minute. Octavio Lano struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Natalio Lordi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SPORTIVO BELGRANO SF. Octavio Lano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caballito AFC's Oscar Quexal got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Celedonio Erruki kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The SPORTIVO BELGRANO SF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Caballito AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
