The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Severo Policarpio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacaglé AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Severo Policarpio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Oxarra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelo Oxarra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Policarpio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Despedida AFC booed when Tacaglé AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Cordarrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cleto Tallia fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tacaglé AFC's protests and gave Cleto Tallia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th minute, Cleto Tallia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teo Guillem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Oxarra having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Roque Remicio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Despedida AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roque Remicio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robustiano Stanislao's late challenge caught a Tacaglé AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robustiano Stanislao helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Despedida AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tacaglé AFC:s goal. Despedida AFC were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Tacaglé AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jimeno Argi took the corner. 47 minutes into the game, one of Tacaglé AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 48 minutes into the match, Jimeno Argi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafin Benet. Tacaglé AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimeno Argi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roque Remicio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Guillem in the 59th minute of play forced Despedida AFC's goalkeeper Marcelo Oxarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 65 minutes, Roque Remicio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tacaglé AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Leandro Matthew fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Benet having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Roque Remicio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Serafin Benet, 1-2. Teo Guillem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Marcelo Oxarra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roque Remicio struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Serafin Benet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Despedida AFC. The supporters of Despedida AFC booed when Tacaglé AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Guillem didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Tacaglé AFC's goalkeeper Serafin Benet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leandro Matthew. Marcelo Oxarra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teo Guillem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Tacaglé AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Despedida AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Despedida AFC.
