Ivan Romo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Ur having to interfere. Jacobo Mancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Jesco, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Hipolito Abadie charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hipolito Abadie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Carrisito FC's Hipolito Abadie got a free kick in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Ivan Romo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carrisito FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ACADEMIA the free kick. After 12 played minutes Carrisito FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Romo. Rodrigo Frechoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofilo Jesco in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Mancio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carrisito FC's goalkeeper Jacobo Mancio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When ACADEMIA's Rodrigo Frechoso in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carrisito FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 34th minute Osvaldo Frichoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Ur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Romo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mario Ur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Frichoso in the 39th minute of play. Ivan Romo struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Mario Ur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carrisito FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Romo got free with Mario Ur in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodrigo Frechoso made a kick off. The Carrisito FC fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Carrisito FC's Osvaldo Frichoso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 59th match minute, Carrisito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Frichoso to maneuver through the defense. Carrisito FC's Jacobo Mancio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Carrisito FC from getting a goal against them. Osvaldo Frichoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Mario Ur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Carrisito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Frechoso came free, but Jacobo Mancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, ACADEMIA's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Romo came free, but Mario Ur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teofilo Jesco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Frechoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Jacobo Mancio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mario Ur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Romo in the 81st minute of play. Jose Idacio's late challenge caught a Carrisito FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Idacio helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 played minutes ACADEMIA got a freekick which was hit by Jose Idacio. Osvaldo Frichoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Frechoso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacobo Mancio. Rodrigo Frechoso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1.
