Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Benigno Abajas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Benigno Abajas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernabe Ted having to make a save. Bernabe Ted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Quintana in the 6th minute of play. Ruben Eneko's late challenge caught a Puna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruben Eneko helped the player get up and apologised. Ruben Eneko kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Lazo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Duardo to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Segundo Montes in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carmelo Gorbea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Quintana in the 19th minute of play forced Puna's goalkeeper Bernabe Ted to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Benigno Abajas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Puna's Bernabe Ted was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Benigno Abajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Puna's Bernabe Ted played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Abajas in the 30th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Puna's zone, Saul Quintana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernabe Ted came out of the goal and Saul Quintana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 44 minutes into the match, Puna's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Quintana came free, but Bernabe Ted reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 played minutes Lazo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Duardo. 49 minutes into the match, Segundo Montes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carmelo Gorbea. Lazo AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Segundo Montes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Segundo Montes made a kick off. Saul Quintana in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernabe Ted, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Carmelo Gorbea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Peru in the 62nd minute of play. Saul Quintana took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernabe Ted. Bernabe Ted dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 68 minutes into the match, Segundo Montes notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Lazo AFC's Carmelo Gorbea. Carmelo Gorbea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernabe Ted showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benigno Abajas, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Puna's Joel Peru got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saul Quintana struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Bernabe Ted didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lazo AFC. Saul Quintana in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernabe Ted, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Benigno Abajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Saul Quintana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benigno Abajas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Bernabe Ted tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Benigno Abajas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lazo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benigno Abajas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernabe Ted breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Puna were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lazo AFC for a fine match.
