Victorino Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Calixto having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Garcia in the 18th minute of play forced Ionior's goalkeeper Augusto Calixto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ladislao Savier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Vitin in the 25th minute of the match.
