Filomeno Esquipula didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arbolito FC. In the 18th minute Elvio Lauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Esquipula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Arbolito FC's Juan Caitano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filomeno Esquipula narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aaron Teodor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teo Gorri scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Haroldo Caitano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Haroldo Caitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Gorri in the 72nd minute of the match. The supporters of Salto booed when Arbolito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Sansone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haroldo Caitano didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 92nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Salto had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
