Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Arenal FC's Pastor Remir started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hernan Eguen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Remir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the match, Cangrejillos's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Remir came free, but Hernan Eguen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Pastor Remir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Eguen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilberto Henric in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosendo Firmin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gilberto Henric recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonel Danel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Rosendo Firmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Henric in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rosendo Firmin saved Arenal FC from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Arenal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Danel came free, but Rosendo Firmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cangrejillos's goalkeeper Hernan Eguen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonel Danel in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosendo Firmin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Leonel Danel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th match minute, Arenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Kaxen to maneuver through the defense. When Leonel Danel came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Cangrejillos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonel Danel couldn't finish the play. After 33rd play minutes Leonel Danel shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Rosendo Firmin and just under the crossbar into goal. Leonel Danel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rosendo Firmin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arenal FC's goalkeeper Rosendo Firmin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Leonel Danel made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Cangrejillos's Leonel Danel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rosendo Firmin. That made the score 1-2 after 54 minutes of play. In the 62nd match minute, Arenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Kaxen to maneuver through the defense. Leonel Danel kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Leonel Danel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rosendo Firmin came out and tried to block the shot, but Leonel Danel slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 72nd minute. Cangrejillos's Gilberto Henric got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Cangrejillos's Baldomiro Reynardo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Gilberto Henric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
