Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Faustino Oidor started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Rosa's Diego Cilio got control of the ball when Luis Silvanito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Faustino Oidor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diego Cilio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to Boca Jr getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Mauro Herensuge hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Rosa's zone, Faustino Oidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Cilio came out of the goal and Faustino Oidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luis Silvanito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Diego Cilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute of the match Felipe Oxel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elpidio Panfilo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Felipe Oxel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boca Jr the free kick. After 20 played minutes Rosa got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Oxel. If Faustino Oidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 22 minutes into the match, Luis Silvanito notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Rosa's Diego Cilio. Diego Cilio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Justino Enmanuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute, Atilano Bertin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Silvanito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Cilio having to interfere. Faustino Oidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Diego Cilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th match minute, Rosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Maxin to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Luis Silvanito fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Diego Cilio, passed just outside the right post. Luis Silvanito was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Aquiles Urtungo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Diego Cilio made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 62nd minute, Faustino Oidor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diego Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Oidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 minutes, Joel Otsoa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boca Jr and the Rosa players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Boca Jr getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Joel Otsoa hit a great ball. Diego Cilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Silvanito in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Henrico in the 80th minute of play forced Boca Jr's goalkeeper Elpidio Panfilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Luis Silvanito came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Boca Jr fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Silvanito couldn't finish the play. If Justino Enmanuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elpidio Panfilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Henrico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Faustino Oidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosa's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
