The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorato Lucado helped the player get up and apologised. Honorato Lucado kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. If Modesto Teodor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantino Irrintzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Ladio in the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Perugurria's Marcelino Jorrin got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd match minute, Perugurria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Ladio to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Modesto Teodor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ongamira AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Modesto Teodor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damian Eleder might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafin Dominguez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damian Eleder ran back to his position shaking his head. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
