Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Zacarias Quentin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 0-1 became the score in the 3rd minute when Zacarias Quentin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Canalejas's Orlando Ixaka sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteban Isaio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Esteban Isaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Izotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Zacarias Quentin put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Roberto Araoz. In the 19th minute Zacarias Quentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Araoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 played minutes Churqui got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Hever. Orlando Ixaka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Esteban Isaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruben Izotz kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Churqui's Zacarias Quentin got a free kick in the 31st minute. Ruben Izotz struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Esteban Isaio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canalejas. In the 36th minute of the match, Ruben Izotz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Esteban Isaio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Melquiades Izel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Roberto Araoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Izel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th match minute, Canalejas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Gaitano to maneuver through the defense. Rene Eliu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roberto Araoz. Canalejas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orlando Ixaka was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Churqui's Federico Leguizamón got a free kick in the 51st minute. Roberto Araoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Izel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melquiades Izel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Araoz having to interfere. If Melquiades Izel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Melquiades Izel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Churqui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Roberto Araoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Quentin in the 69th minute of the match. Zacarias Quentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Araoz having to interfere. Roberto Araoz made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Melquiades Izel sent off a good shot on target. Churqui were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Canalejas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rene Eliu took the corner. The corner ended in Rene Eliu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Canalejas's Roberto Araoz did a great save. Melquiades Izel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Roberto Araoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zacarias Quentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roberto Araoz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Quentin in the 88th minute of play forced Canalejas's goalkeeper Roberto Araoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Osvaldo Hever fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Churqui's protests and gave Osvaldo Hever a yellow card for diving instead. After 90 played minutes Churqui got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Hever. 92 minutes into the game, Teo Rio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Canalejas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Churqui the free kick. A collision led to Canalejas getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Teo Rio hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Canalejas's zone, Melquiades Izel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto Araoz came out of the goal and Melquiades Izel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute Orlando Ixaka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Isaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Churqui left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Canalejas.
