Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Segundo Ferrando kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Nemesio Ixidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santo Lorencio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Marciano Sengrat made a huge save. Marciano Sengrat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Ferrando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th match minute, Saavedra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Lorencio to maneuver through the defense. Bartolo Cordarell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Dalmacio Chabier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalmacio Chabier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Saavedra's zone, Celedonio Ledesma stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmacio Chabier came out of the goal and Celedonio Ledesma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santo Lorencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Sengrat having to interfere. Segundo Ferrando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Celedonio Ledesma came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Guanabana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celedonio Ledesma couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celedonio Ledesma to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Segundo Ferrando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marciano Sengrat. Guanabana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Segundo Ferrando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Ferrando in the 56th minute of play forced Guanabana's goalkeeper Marciano Sengrat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Guanabana defense, Segundo Ferrando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marciano Sengrat. The Guanabana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Sengrat should have stopped the shot. Celedonio Ledesma had several of the Saavedra's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Dalmacio Chabier as he didn't even see the shot coming. 81 minutes into the match, Saavedra's goalkeeper Dalmacio Chabier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bartolo Cordarell. In the 83rdth minute of the game Celedonio Ledesma who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saavedra's Dalmacio Chabier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Guanabana's Marciano Sengrat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Loreto in the 85th minute of play. Segundo Ferrando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marciano Sengrat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Dalmacio Chabier made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Bartolo Cordarell sent off a good shot on target. Segundo Ferrando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Sengrat having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
