With an all-out effort, Saavedra's Higinio Santos threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Segundo Ferrando, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Franklotas FC's Higinio Santos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Franklotas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute, Santo Lorencio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albino Erauso during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Franklotas FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! If Ubaldo Ramirez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Luis Silviano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Franklotas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Silviano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Chabier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zacarias Cresitobalo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Santo Lorencio made a precise shot to the right of Higinio Santos. Franklotas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Santo Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santo Lorencio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Higinio Santos made a huge save. Dalmacio Chabier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luis Silviano's shot from short distance in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Segundo Ferrando made a kick off. If Ubaldo Ramirez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santo Lorencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Higinio Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higinio Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Ferrando in the 57th minute of the match. After 58 minutes, Siro Lon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Franklotas FC and the Saavedra players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Franklotas FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Siro Lon hit a great ball. Higinio Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Lorencio in the 59th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ubaldo Ramirez got free with Dalmacio Chabier in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filiberto Loreto during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Filiberto Loreto hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Franklotas FC's Higinio Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Evarado in the 68th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Segundo Ferrando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Higinio Santos. Franklotas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Segundo Ferrando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Filiberto Loreto was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 74 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Saavedra's Filiberto Loreto got a free kick in the 74th minute. Ubaldo Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Chabier having to interfere. Higinio Evarado kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Franklotas FC's Hernan Valerio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Saavedra. Ubaldo Ramirez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Luis Silviano sped through Saavedra's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dalmacio Chabier. Saavedra's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
