Roberto Polo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Raul Neron successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Aureliano Cebrian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th match minute, Teodolina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Harkaitz to maneuver through the defense. Herminio Victoro charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herminio Victoro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 25th match minute, Zaparinqui FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Victoro to maneuver through the defense. Aureliano Cebrian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A very good chance for a goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 37 minutes into the game, when Apolo Elia put in a rough tackle. One of Zaparinqui FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Teodolina FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 39 minutes, Teodolina FC's Casimiro Baladi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Raul Neron. Ciro Cruz struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Roberto Polo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zaparinqui FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Zaparinqui FC booed when Teodolina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Ciro Cruz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roberto Polo. Teodolina FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciro Cruz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Zaparinqui FC's Raul Neron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Cebrian in the 63rd minute of play. Rogelio Jacob recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aureliano Cebrian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raul Neron having to make a save. In the 82nd minute, Rogelio Jacob made a precise shot to the right of Raul Neron. Zaparinqui FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. If Aureliano Cebrian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aureliano Cebrian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Neron having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Teodolina FC had played much better football throughout.
