Moores AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilfredo Charro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Adolfo Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Brais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute Wilfredo Charro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute Florencio Uzuri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Primo in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Primo in the 13th minute of play forced Albardón AFC's goalkeeper Adolfo Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Moores AFC's Jeremias Primo got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 25thth minute of the game Wilfredo Charro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moores AFC's Patricio Eztebe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeremias Primo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute Wilfredo Charro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florencio Uzuri took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patricio Eztebe. Patricio Eztebe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florencio Uzuri made a kick off. Enzo Brais struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Adolfo Lastur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moores AFC. After having played for 52 minutes, Florencio Uzuri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Albardón AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Uzuri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patricio Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Uzuri in the 55th minute of the match. Florencio Uzuri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patricio Eztebe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Jeremias Primo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moores AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Adolfo Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Primo in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Rodolfo Meder had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albano Pelayo during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Albardón AFC's Albano Pelayo got a free kick in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Charro notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Moores AFC's Patricio Eztebe. Patricio Eztebe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 70 minutes into the match, Albardón AFC's Florencio Uzuri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patricio Eztebe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wilfredo Charro succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 81st playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Moores AFC's zone, Florencio Uzuri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patricio Eztebe came out of the goal and Florencio Uzuri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wilfredo Charro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patricio Eztebe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. The Albardón AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Albardón AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
