Federico Laurgain made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Hernan Ireno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geronimo Grabiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernan Ireno scored 0-2 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Federico Laurgain, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Iraizoz FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hernan Ireno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Ireno in the 54th minute of play forced Chipaté's goalkeeper Federico Laurgain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iraizoz FC's Bartolo Hats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Vermudo in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th play minute Geronimo Grabiel came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Federico Laurgain. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Ireno in the 70th minute of play forced Chipaté's goalkeeper Federico Laurgain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremias Geleberto's late challenge caught a Chipaté's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremias Geleberto helped the player get up and apologised. Geronimo Grabiel struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Federico Laurgain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iraizoz FC. Isaac Patxi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Bartolo Hats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Hernan Ireno reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Federico Laurgain. The goal made the score 1-4. Geronimo Grabiel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Federico Laurgain made a huge save. Teobaldo Oro hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Geronimo Grabiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Laurgain having to interfere.
