Paulo Mergildo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toldos FC. With a little luck, los del tren jr's Paulo Mergildo got control of the ball when Guido Tello tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in los del tren jr's zone, Anacleto Iago stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Mergildo came out of the goal and Anacleto Iago tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulo Mergildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Iago in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Toldos FC's Guido Tello dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Guido Tello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agustin Shepherd stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Fermin Ugaitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Paulo Mergildo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. los del tren jr's Agustin Shepherd got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agustin Shepherd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Chabier having to interfere. Toldos FC's Arnulfo Chabier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Shepherd in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Tello in the 74th minute of play forced los del tren jr's goalkeeper Paulo Mergildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Mergildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Iago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Luken couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Tello in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Mergildo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 92 minutes into the match, Guido Tello notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of los del tren jr's Paulo Mergildo. Paulo Mergildo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Iago in the 96th minute of play forced los del tren jr's goalkeeper Paulo Mergildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Toldos FC had won after a very even match.
