After a defensive mix-up in Los Santos's zone, Aldo Montrel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustacio Solustiano came out of the goal and Aldo Montrel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filomeno Frechoso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Lucio Hug when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edgard Ourente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Lucio Hug tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Filomeno Frechoso came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Los Santos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filomeno Frechoso couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Silvano Polo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Santos's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Polo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucio Hug breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucio Hug showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Ourente in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aldo Montrel to make the kick off. Augusto Joanes kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Eustacio Solustiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aldo Montrel in the 62nd minute. The audience was convinced that Filomeno Frechoso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucio Hug was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Edgard Ourente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Santos's Edgard Ourente got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rdth minute of the game Filomeno Frechoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los mismos de siempre's Lucio Hug was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filomeno Frechoso in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucio Hug saved Los mismos de siempre from getting behind. Filomeno Frechoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucio Hug didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgard Ourente went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Edgard Ourente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Los Santos had played much better football throughout.
