Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) AFALP's Fermin Frechoso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. AFALP's Ignacio Meder got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leo Primo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Prudencio Emesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Ishmael in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Arnaldo Roldan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnaldo Roldan scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Prudencio Emesto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Fermin Frechoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnaldo Roldan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Prudencio Emesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Modesto Eneko during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Modesto Eneko hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in AFALP's zone, Arnaldo Roldan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prudencio Emesto came out of the goal and Arnaldo Roldan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cleto Ishmael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Prudencio Emesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Palmas FC's Arnaldo Roldan in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AFALP's goalie prevented a goal.

Arnaldo Roldan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Emesto having to interfere. Cleto Ishmael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Prudencio Emesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Palmas FC's Arnaldo Roldan got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. AFALP's Prudencio Emesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Roldan in the 79th minute of play. With a little luck, AFALP's Prudencio Emesto got control of the ball when Cleto Ishmael tried to sneak it across the goal line. Prudencio Emesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Roldan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Rudolfo came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by AFALP's Leo Primo. But to his dismay, Leo Primo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 96th minute Leo Primo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Rudolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Palmas FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AFALP.
