The crowd rose to their feet as Adan Gotzon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erasmo Fidencio. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Sebastian Llorienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Loco in the 7th minute of the match. Sebastian Llorienzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Dodorol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Gotzon in the 15th minute of play forced Esquina FC's goalkeeper Erasmo Fidencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Maza booed when Esquina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Loco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 played minutes Maza got a freekick which was hit by Adan Gotzon. Erasmo Fidencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Rosalio in the 82nd minute of play. Esquina FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
