Generoso Galoer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Carolo Ascencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carolo Ascencio made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Generoso Galoer sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Montecarlo AFC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Fausto Llope hit a great ball. Froilan Cordeara's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Carolo Ascencio on his right side and into the goal. 12 minutes into the game it was 1-0. Elias Lohitzun charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Lohitzun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th match minute, Ancón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Lohitzun to maneuver through the defense. If Flavio Caitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 minutes, Froilan Cordeara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ancón and the Montecarlo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ancón getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Froilan Cordeara hit a great ball. After 29 played minutes Montecarlo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Guillelmo. Vladimiro Guillelmo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aristides Fiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Fulgencio Bihar took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Carolo Ascencio to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Montecarlo AFC's zone, Generoso Galoer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Ascencio came out of the goal and Generoso Galoer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Montecarlo AFC's Fausto Llope got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The audience cheered loudly when Froilan Cordeara's long shot in the 43rd minute became 3-0 when the ball went to the left of and passed Carolo Ascencio. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fulgencio Bihar was the one to do the kick off. Flavio Caitano got in the 52nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Aristides Fiz handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Generoso Galoer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Montecarlo AFC's Nicasio Jerrold got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Flavio Caitano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavio Caitano struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Aristides Fiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montecarlo AFC. In the 70th play minute Flavio Caitano came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aristides Fiz. 3-1. Montecarlo AFC's Carolo Ascencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Galoer in the 76th minute of play. Fulgencio Bihar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Caitano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Aristides Fiz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Carolo Ascencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Bihar in the 89th minute of play. Generoso Galoer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Montecarlo AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ancón.
