Remigio Corderun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcos Cordeara's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Gualterio Peruxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Remigio Corderun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Marcos Cordeara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remigio Corderun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Peruxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Remigio Corderun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Cordeara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Marcos Cordeara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Tulio charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugenio Tulio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Cordeara during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cerrillos FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Marcos Cordeara hit a great ball. Norberto Oliverio hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 23 played minutes Cerrillos FC got a freekick which was hit by Severino Olando. When Ermegildo Martxelin fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cerrillos FC's protests and gave Ermegildo Martxelin a yellow card for diving instead. Gualterio Peruxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Remigio Corderun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Edgardo Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benigno Lain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Frechoso in the 40th minute of the match. Edgardo Piearres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eugenio Tulio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Edgardo Piearres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benigno Lain. Cerrillos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgardo Piearres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcos Cordeara made a kick off. Ariel Jakue hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Remigio Corderun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Cordeara in the 52nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgardo Piearres during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edgardo Piearres kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. If Edgardo Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Benjamin Maldonado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gualterio Peruxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benigno Lain came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Zonda FC's Eugenio Tulio. But to his dismay, Eugenio Tulio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After having played for 78 minutes, Eugenio Tulio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zonda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Tulio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgardo Piearres struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Benigno Lain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zonda FC. Remigio Corderun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Cordeara, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. If Edgardo Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Cerrillos FC defense, Eugenio Tulio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benigno Lain. The Cerrillos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benigno Lain should have stopped the shot. Zonda FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
