In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Guerreros's goalkeeper Sebastian Ekain, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Saturnino Romelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Ekain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Dimas in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute Prudencio Veto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Urki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carmelo Magdaleno hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. If Hilario Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. Prudencio Veto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Urki having to interfere. Elias Olentzaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Pedro Urki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Hilario Dimas made the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Ekain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilario Dimas in the 51st minute of the match. Elias Olentzaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Urki having to interfere. The supporters of Los Guerreros booed when CTRAL. CBA. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Ignado didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience cheered when Lucas Canor's long shot passed Pedro Urki's right side. It was 0-1, 56 minutes into the match. Elias Olentzaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Urki having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evelio Libertad got free with Pedro Urki in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Hilario Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Los Guerreros's zone, Saturnino Romelio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Ekain came out of the goal and Saturnino Romelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When CTRAL. CBA.'s Saturnino Romelio in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Guerreros's goalie prevented a goal. Pedro Urki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prudencio Veto in the 85th minute. 88 minutes into the match, CTRAL. CBA.'s goal looked a bit too open when Elias Olentzaro came free, but Pedro Urki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prudencio Veto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santiago Ignado kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Prudencio Vetos short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Pedro Urki to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Elias Olentzaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
