After a rather tough play, Yoscaba FC's Feliberto George got a free kick in the 25th minute. The audience was convinced that Modesto Eder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hermengildo Dabi was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Taquello's zone, Melchor Alvarez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denis Maria came out of the goal and Melchor Alvarez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cecilio Beltza fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taquello's protests and gave Cecilio Beltza a yellow card for diving instead. Hermengildo Dabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Montrel, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. During the 86th minute of the match Tadeo Beremundo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tadeo Beremundo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 87th minute, Feliberto George sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Taquello's Denis Maria didn't even have to move. A hard shot 89 in the game by Melchor Alvarez from a close distance when the talented Denis Maria managed to make a qualified save. Taquello's players were relieved. If Cecilio Beltza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taquello walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
