Segundo Ortle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Cordero in the 4th minute of play. Pedregal's Emiliano Jorrin got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nemesio Odol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teodoro Lorien kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pedregal's Emiliano Jorrin got a free kick in the 11th minute. Mariano Cucao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Chago having to interfere. If Maximiliano Odilon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Vilmer AFC's zone, Mariano Cucao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmar Chago came out of the goal and Mariano Cucao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nemesio Odol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Segundo Ortle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Nemesio Odol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nemesio Odol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Ortle having to interfere. Emiliano Jorrin hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Nemesio Odol succeeded in the game's 37th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Segundo Ortle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Odilon in the 40th minute of the match. In the 45th minute of the match, Mariano Cucao tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Delmar Chago saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Pedregal booed when Vilmer AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Cordario didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Delmar Chago didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pedregal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Odol in the 86th minute of play forced Pedregal's goalkeeper Segundo Ortle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Maximiliano Odilon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vilmer AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Odilon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Segundo Ortle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the match, Pedregal's goalkeeper Segundo Ortle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Odilon. The Pedregal supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vilmer AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Vilmer AFC.
