He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Segundo Ortle. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Acuña couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Amador Mouricio charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Blas Leheren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Gualterio Rayman made a huge save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mafia Perona fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pedregal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
