The shot missed the goal on the right side and Atilano Eneto ran dejectedly back to his position. 25 minutes into the game, Miguel Claude was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fabiano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azopardo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fabiano's Miguel Claude got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Atilano Eneto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Atilano Eneto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Peli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Fabiano's goalkeeper Ciriaco Peli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benigno Mouricio. Ciriaco Peli made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Benigno Mouricio sent off a good shot on target. Filomeno Mitxaut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Firmin in the 40th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Benigno Mouricio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Atilano Eneto to strike the kick off in the second half. If Benigno Mouricio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th match minute, Fabiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Maidana to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Fabiano's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Mouricio came free, but Ciriaco Peli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Azopardo's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Niva came free, but Filomeno Mitxaut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Fabiano players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Azopardo from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
