The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Palos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, La Real Cantera's Felix Palos got control of the ball when Israel Tohias tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Santamarina AFC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Adolfo Aznaro hit a great ball. Teodoro Etxeberri kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Israel Tohias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Palos having to interfere. Gabriel Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Ekialde in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Palos saved La Real Cantera from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, Santamarina AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Satordi came free, but Florentino Jakes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of La Real Cantera booed when Santamarina AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Gauargi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28thth minute of the game Jorge Nesto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santamarina AFC's Florentino Jakes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Israel Tohias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Santamarina AFC's Gabriel Ekialde in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 47 played minutes La Real Cantera got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Santio. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabriel Ekialde to make the kick off. Felix Palos came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Santamarina AFC's Israel Tohias. But to his dismay, Israel Tohias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Tohias in the 59th minute of play forced La Real Cantera's goalkeeper Felix Palos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Israel Tohias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Palos having to interfere. In the 65th match minute, La Real Cantera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Rafe to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, La Real Cantera's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Ekialde came free, but Felix Palos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ariel Rafe hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Gabriel Ekialde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felix Palos. La Real Cantera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabriel Ekialde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Hermengildo Satordi charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermengildo Satordi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Florentino Jakes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Nesto in the 95th minute of the match.
