Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fagundez FC's Vicente Cloyo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Fagundez FC's zone, Elvio Mon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Abalos came out of the goal and Elvio Mon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Fagundez FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Celestino Chayo hit a great ball. Benedicto Abalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvio Mon in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Ranchillos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ramiro Ponc came free, but Nunez Cresenciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ranchillos FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Fulgencio Gamus hit a great ball. Nunez Cresenciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Cloyo in the 18th minute of the match. Nunez Cresenciano was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Vicente Cloyo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vicente Cloyo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Nunez Cresenciano made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Ramiro Ponc sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the match, Ranchillos FC's Simon Timo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benedicto Abalos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vicente Cloyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Cresenciano having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Fagundez FC's Cayetano Mingo got a free kick in the 41st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Elvio Mon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ranchillos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Elvio Mon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Abalos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nunez Cresenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Cloyo in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elvio Mon to make the kick off. If Clemente Quirze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor Foro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Nunez Cresenciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fagundez FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Elvio Mon scored to the left of an out of position Benedicto Abalos, making the score, 1-1. Nunez Cresenciano came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Fagundez FC's Vicente Cloyo. But to his dismay, Vicente Cloyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 73rd minute, Cipriano Txilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgard Hanot was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 79 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the game, one of Ranchillos FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Fagundez FC. Anier Gonsalvo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nunez Cresenciano. 3-1. When Vicente Cloyo came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Fagundez FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Cloyo couldn't finish the play. Clemente Quirze could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Benedicto Abalos made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elvio Mon got free with Benedicto Abalos in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Elvio Mon came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Ranchillos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elvio Mon couldn't finish the play. Fagundez FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ranchillos FC for a fine match.
