Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Froilan Pacorro hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. LA PREVENTIVA FC's Elpidio Balasi got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Sotero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jimeno Efraim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cefalier F.C.'s Benito Sotero in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Higinio Gutierrez fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cefalier F.C.'s protests and gave Higinio Gutierrez a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes Cefalier F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Gutierrez. After a rather tough play, LA PREVENTIVA FC's Isaias Iaki got a free kick in the 34th minute. Cefalier F.C.'s Froilan Pacorro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for LA PREVENTIVA FC. In the 38th minute Elpidio Balasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Dolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Lixandro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Efraim having to interfere. Alejandro Dolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Fraco, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When Elpidio Balasi came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the LA PREVENTIVA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Balasi couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Elpidio Balasi made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Cefalier F.C.'s zone, Elpidio Balasi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Dolfo came out of the goal and Elpidio Balasi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute, Cecilio Bertol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute, Cornelio Hodei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cefalier F.C.'s zone, Cornelio Hodei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Dolfo came out of the goal and Cornelio Hodei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elpidio Balasi during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd match minute, LA PREVENTIVA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Balasi to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Sotero in the 68th minute of play forced LA PREVENTIVA FC's goalkeeper Jimeno Efraim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimeno Efraim came out of the goal and Benito Sotero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cefalier F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while LA PREVENTIVA FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
