Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gonzalo Martxot took the kick off in the first half of the match. Club Deportivo Castelli's Anselmo Tonete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Ebardo in the 5th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Gonzalo Martxot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportivo Castelli's goalkeeper Anselmo Tonete, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Delmiro Ebardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Anselmo Tonete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Club Deportivo Castelli getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Gonzalo Martxot hit a great ball. Anselmo Tonete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Lehior, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Gonzalo Martxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Cebo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delmiro Ebardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Anselmo Tonete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Delmiro Ebardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Anselmo Tonete was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Delmiro Ebardo put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Anselmo Tonete. Delmiro Ebardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Anselmo Tonete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Delmiro Ebardo in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anselmo Tonete saved Club Deportivo Castelli from getting behind. After the first half Herrera were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Gonzalo Martxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Saturnino Cebo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd match minute, Herrera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Burni to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Lehior came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Anselmo Tonete could save by the left post. After 57 played minutes Club Deportivo Castelli got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Martxot. 58 minutes into the match, Herrera's Ruben Bernaldo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 62 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Castelli's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Burni came free, but Anselmo Tonete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Delmiro Ebardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Herrera defense, Gonzalo Martxot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saturnino Cebo. The Herrera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saturnino Cebo should have stopped the shot. After having played for 70 minutes, Delmiro Ebardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Herrera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Ebardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd minute Delmiro Ebardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Tonete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saturnino Cebo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Martxot in the 78th minute of play. Club Deportivo Castelli:s Anselmo Tonete showed great skill when he stopped Ruben Bernaldo:s penalty. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportivo Castelli's goalkeeper Anselmo Tonete, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Castelli's goal looked a bit too open when Delmiro Ebardo came free, but Anselmo Tonete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 minutes, Carolo Berdaitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herrera and the Club Deportivo Castelli players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carolo Berdaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Gonzalo Martxot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Club Deportivo Castelli's Anselmo Tonete got control of the ball when Gustavo Lehior tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustavo Lehior received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Anselmo Tonete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
