After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Dalmacio Mikolas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgrano's supporters rose to their feet, but Dalmacio Mikolas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Garikoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Danilo Garikoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Nesto in the 11th minute of the match. Erubiel Nesto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Garikoitz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Nesto in the 15th minute of play forced Poincenot FC's goalkeeper Danilo Garikoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamin Ondino during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Belgrano. Baltasar Cordairo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Danilo Garikoitz. 0-1. Belgrano's Isaias Orlondon got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes in the game, Horacio Padro fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gabriel Ritchie having to interfere. Serafin Iaki might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Ritchie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Serafin Iaki ran back to his position shaking his head. Danilo Garikoitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erubiel Nesto's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erubiel Nesto to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Horacio Padro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ritchie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Iaki in the 54th minute of play forced Belgrano's goalkeeper Gabriel Ritchie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd match minute, Poincenot FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Urko to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th match minute, Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Mikolas to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Ritchie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serafin Iaki went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The Poincenot FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Belgrano's performance. The match ended with a win for Belgrano.
