When Eusebio Cordera came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Chacra2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Cordera couldn't finish the play. Sergio Pueblo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Caradaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes Sopanta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Stephen. During the 33rd minute of the match Lisandro Marz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lisandro Marz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Sopanta AFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Lisandro Marz hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Chacra2's Celso Rutenio tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Nunez Txema could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Guido Arnalt made a huge save. Sergio Pueblo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Caradaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eusebio Cordera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godofredo Caradaro to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Sopanta AFC's Sergio Pueblo got control of the ball when Eusebio Cordera tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Alfredo Ferran fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sopanta AFC's protests and gave Alfredo Ferran a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Sopanta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Ferran. Nunez Txema's late challenge caught a Chacra2's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nunez Txema helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Sopanta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Txema to maneuver through the defense. Sopanta AFC's Sergio Pueblo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Sopanta AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 66th of the match, Godofredo Caradaro tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Sergio Pueblo got in the way and made a wonderful save. 67 minutes into the match, Chacra2's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Txema came free, but Guido Arnalt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guido Arnalt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Txema in the 68th minute of play. Eusebio Cordera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Sergio Pueblo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Chacra2's Sergio Pueblo threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Godofredo Caradaro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sergio Pueblo made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Eusebio Cordera sent off a good shot on target. If Nunez Txema had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredo Ferran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 91 minutes, Eusebio Cordera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chacra2's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebio Cordera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
