Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eugenio Banegas got the match started through his kick off. Arnulfo Urtun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Che having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Resistencia AFC's goalkeeper Hermengildo Che had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Artemio Llorienzo. In the 6th match minute, Resistencia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Otsoa to maneuver through the defense. If Erasmo Ederono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benicio Llanos hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Clodoveo Dimo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erasmo Ederono went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Clodoveo Dimo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erasmo Ederono's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Arnulfo Urtun kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 27th minute Tiburcio Tanio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Che saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Artemio Llorienzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Resistencia AFC's Hermengildo Che proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Resistencia AFC from getting a goal against them. Clodoveo Dimo came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Resistencia AFC's Erasmo Ederono. But to his dismay, Erasmo Ederono quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Tiburcio Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tiburcio Tanio came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the GalleCG F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiburcio Tanio couldn't finish the play.

Hermengildo Che made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Esquipula in the 52nd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Resistencia AFC's Erasmo Ederono sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clodoveo Dimo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tiburcio Tanio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Che having to interfere. Artemio Llorienzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Resistencia AFC's Bruno Olando got a free kick in the 60th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Eugenio Banegas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Resistencia AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Banegas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clodoveo Dimo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute, Erasmo Ederono fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Artemio Llorienzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Leandro Esquipula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artemio Llorienzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Che having to interfere. Tiburcio Tanio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. GalleCG F.C's Leandro Esquipula got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tiburcio Tanio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Che having to interfere. The Resistencia AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Resistencia AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
