Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Santos Egun kicked off to start the match. Romulo Jaunzuria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Egun in the 4th minute of play. Nicolas Vermudo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes in the game, Santos Egun fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Romulo Jaunzuria having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Iturraspe got a freekick which was hit by Adan Quilino. Sergio Moise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Abelardo Domiku tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Racing Club de Avellaneda's Santos Egun got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Romulo Jaunzuria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Egun in the 20th minute of play. Romulo Jaunzuria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Egun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club de Avellaneda's zone, Sergio Moise stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Domiku came out of the goal and Sergio Moise tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute, Rosendo Rufo made a precise shot to the right of Abelardo Domiku. Racing Club de Avellaneda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Iturraspe getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Augusto Corderall hit a great ball. Santos Egun hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, Iturraspe's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Egun came free, but Romulo Jaunzuria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramon Ruy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santos Egun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Jaunzuria having to interfere. After the first half Iturraspe were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergio Moise stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rosendo Rufo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Iturraspe getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Adan Quilino hit a great ball. In the 61st match minute, Iturraspe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Corderall to maneuver through the defense. Federico Admon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Romulo Jaunzuria. Iturraspe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 63 played minutes Iturraspe got a freekick which was hit by Justino Naldo. The audience was convinced that Santos Egun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romulo Jaunzuria was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After having played for 67 minutes, Rosendo Rufo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iturraspe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Rufo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rosendo Rufo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abelardo Domiku firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sergio Moise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Abelardo Domiku tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Augusto Corderall suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Federico Admon during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd minute of the match Jorge Shepherd sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abelardo Domiku skillfully saved the ball. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club de Avellaneda's goalkeeper Abelardo Domiku, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Sergio Moise came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Iturraspe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Moise couldn't finish the play. Damaso Ur hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Iturraspe eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
