When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aaron Maraman made a kick off. Montserrat's Edgardo Vitin got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 53rd match minute, Luisiana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Frances to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute of the match Anier Ursino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pastor Serafo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Montserrat booed when Luisiana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Ourente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luisiana's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Feliciano Guilabertus might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moises Xacintu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Feliciano Guilabertus ran back to his position shaking his head. Tiburcio Norino kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Moises Xacintu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aristides Odilon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 75 minute of play. Nestor Orlan hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 82 played minutes Montserrat got a freekick which was hit by Matias Orland. 84 minutes into the match, Feliciano Guilabertus dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Moises Xacintu, 0-2. Pastor Serafo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Vitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute Edgardo Vitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Serafo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Luisiana had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
