Carrizal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saul Sandalio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to ObiWanCannabis getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ezequiel Louis hit a great ball. Cipriano Efren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Sandalio, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Cipriano Efren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Dacio in the 16th minute of the match. If Emiliano Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnaldo Neron in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Efrain Dalmu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 26th minute, Arsenio Dacio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vinicio Lucero kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ObiWanCannabis's zone, Arsenio Dacio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Efren came out of the goal and Arsenio Dacio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Dunixi kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Saul Sandalio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cipriano Efren. ObiWanCannabis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saul Sandalio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Rolando Otsoa fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carrizal FC's protests and gave Rolando Otsoa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd match minute, Carrizal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Otsoa to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, ObiWanCannabis's Epifanio Eutropio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saul Sandalio was the one to do the kick off. Arsenio Dacio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Cipriano Efren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Carrizal FC's Rolando Otsoa got a free kick in the 58th minute. Efrain Dalmu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Neron in the 60th minute of play. Emiliano Lia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnaldo Neron might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Efrain Dalmu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnaldo Neron ran back to his position shaking his head. Arsenio Dacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Efren having to interfere.
