Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Odon in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norberto Javiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 24 minutes into the match, Mulcahy AFC's Lino Arnalt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Martxelin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Odon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mario Urdin kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mulcahy AFC's zone, Cristian Lobo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Javiar came out of the goal and Cristian Lobo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lino Arnalt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Leo Martxelin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Club Atletico lirico's Leo Martxelin got control of the ball when Mario Urdin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Augusto Rosalio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Leo Martxelin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ubaldo Derwin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Lino Arnalt came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Mulcahy AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Arnalt couldn't finish the play. Lino Arnalt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Martxelin having to interfere. Daniel Odon struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Norberto Javiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico lirico. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico lirico's zone, Lino Arnalt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Martxelin came out of the goal and Lino Arnalt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leo Martxelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Arnalt in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute Augusto Rosalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Martxelin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 97 minutes, Augusto Rosalio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mulcahy AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Rosalio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Mulcahy AFC were the better team. Mulcahy AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
