Filiberto Naelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Ler having to interfere. Esteban Ler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Eyague in the 13th minute of play. Cosme Evis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Txurio in the 14th minute of the match. If Filiberto Naelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute Leonardo Eyague shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Ler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Eyague recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guillermo Txurio's late challenge caught a Tastil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Txurio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28th match minute, Toroyacú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Txurio to maneuver through the defense. Toroyacú's Esteban Ler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Eyague in the 34th minute of play. Esteban Ler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Naelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Naelio in the 42nd minute of play forced Toroyacú's goalkeeper Esteban Ler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esteban Ler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Naelio in the 46th minute of the match.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonardo Eyague got free with Esteban Ler in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esteban Ler made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Filiberto Naelio sent off a good shot on target. Esteban Ler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Naelio in the 64th minute of the match. Oscar Gonza hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 0-1 became the score in the 66th minute when Filiberto Naelio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Guillermo Txurio made a precise shot to the right of Cosme Evis. Tastil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 80 minutes, Ladislao Seber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toroyacú and the Tastil players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th match minute, Toroyacú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Seber to maneuver through the defense. Cesar Oroitz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Esteban Ler. Toroyacú's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tastil's Filiberto Naelio got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nemesio Presebal hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tastil's zone, Emiliano Precioso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosme Evis came out of the goal and Emiliano Precioso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emiliano Precioso scored 2-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cosme Evis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 95 minutes into the game, Tastil's Leonardo Eyague nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteban Ler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Despite being the better team, Tastil failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
