Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Eloy Camerino, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 7 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Prudencio Bitxintxo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Fenix FC's Marco Santio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Guipuzkoa in the 11th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Fenix FC's zone, Vladimiro Feo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Santio came out of the goal and Vladimiro Feo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silvano Guipuzkoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Marco Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Eloy Camerino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Bitxintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Damaso Harri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fenix FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Damaso Harri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prudencio Bitxintxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eloy Camerino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 25 minutes, Nicanor Gonsalvo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fenix FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicanor Gonsalvo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute Eloy Camerino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Bitxintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iker Marin's late challenge caught a Fenix FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iker Marin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, one of Banfield F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Banfield F.C. In the 31st minute there was a penalty for Fenix FC. Simon Corderro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Prudencio Bitxintxo. 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Silvano Guipuzkoa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marco Santio. That made the score 2-1 in the 38 minute of play. In the 42nd minute Nicanor Gonsalvo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Bitxintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Indalecio hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Wilfredo Jobo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

With 54 minutes on the clock, Iker Marin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 53 minutes into the game, one of Banfield F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Simon Corderro shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After 59 minutes of play, Fenix FC's Nicanor Gonsalvo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Prudencio Bitxintxo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marco Santio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiburcio Ibon's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, Banfield F.C's Silvano Guipuzkoa got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Simon Corderro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 73rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 78 played minutes, Banfield F.C's Silverio Maureo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marco Santio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Banfield F.C reached it. 85 minutes into the game, Eloy Camerino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Prudencio Bitxintxo. Eloy Camerino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Prudencio Bitxintxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Camerino in the 91st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Banfield F.C's zone, Eloy Camerino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prudencio Bitxintxo came out of the goal and Eloy Camerino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Fenix FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
