Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marco Balesio kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Genaro Urre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fernández's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mallín FC the free kick. Genaro Urre hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Mallín FC's Marco Balesio got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 8 in the game by Evaristo Abeita from a close distance when the talented Bernardo Eneas managed to make a qualified save. Fernández's players were relieved. Cleto Dodorol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Crescencio in the 10th minute of play. Tadeo Moise hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fernández's zone, Evaristo Abeita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Eneas came out of the goal and Evaristo Abeita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 19 minutes into the match, Fernández's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Balesio came free, but Bernardo Eneas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes, Alejo Juvenal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fernández and the Mallín FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alejo Juvenal hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Evaristo Abeita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evaristo Abeita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Eneas having to interfere. The supporters of Mallín FC booed when Fernández was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Clodio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Mallín FC's Marco Balesio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardo Eneas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Evaristo Abeita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Bernardo Eneas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genaro Urre made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Fernández's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Abeita came free, but Bernardo Eneas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cleto Dodorol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genaro Urre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Crescencio struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Cleto Dodorol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fernández. Leandro Lluques's late challenge caught a Fernández's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leandro Lluques helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mallín FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Leandro Lluques hit a great ball. When Evaristo Abeita came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Mallín FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Abeita couldn't finish the play. Tadeo Moise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Bernardo Eneas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 87 minutes, Marco Balesio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mallín FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Balesio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fernández's Bernardo Eneas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Balesio in the 90th minute of play. If Jimeno Crescencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Balesio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Bernardo Eneas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evaristo Abeita in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardo Eneas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Genaro Urre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Dodorol having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mallín FC had played much better football throughout.
