Reñico's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Venancio Erdiano scored to the left of an out of position Octavio Cristos, making the score, 1-0. 15 minutes into the game, Cirilo Eguzki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Octavio Cristos. Cirilo Eguzki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Samuel Sandalio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Oliveiro in the 26th minute of the match. Venancio Erdiano struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Octavio Cristos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DeMattuttezz AFC.

Hermengildo Lastur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hermengildo Lastur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th match minute, Reñico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Eduino to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, DeMattuttezz AFC's Donato Sauveur tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Venancio Erdiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Octavio Cristos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute Cirilo Eguzki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Cristos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reñico's Octavio Cristos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Erdiano in the 92nd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. DeMattuttezz AFC had played much better football throughout.
