When Emanuel Gregory came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Ceres AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Gregory couldn't finish the play. deros's Alejo Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Gregory in the 15th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Aquiles Alonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aquiles Alonso struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Blas Ted didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for deros. Alejo Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Mundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Pascual Mundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquiles Alonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaac Nayely fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Ted having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Aquiles Alonso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. deros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquiles Alonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emanuel Gregory fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Vidal having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Isaac Nayely hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ceres AFC booed when deros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Sazon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emanuel Gregory stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes deros got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Alonso. Alejo Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Gregory, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ceres AFC booed when deros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Alonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Emanuel Gregory managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ceres AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Gregory was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejo Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, deros's Isaac Nayely got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind deros's goalkeeper Alejo Vidal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodosio Incendio couldn't finish the play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
