Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fernando Bertin got the match started through his kick off. If Patricio Porfiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Manantial AFC booed when Empedrado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Bertin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Silvio Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manantial AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manantial AFC's Tadeo Silban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Manantial AFC from getting a goal against them. Fernando Bertin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Patricio Porfiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Silvio Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodoro Otsoko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Fabricio Lando hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
