After having played for 9 minutes, Isidro Ramond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ben-Hur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Ramond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th match minute, Ben-Hur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Ostots to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute Godofredo Frutos suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 12 minutes, Hipolito Umea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ben-Hur and the El Huracan players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ben-Hur! In the 14th minute there was a penalty for El Huracan. Benito Maxin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Federico Salomone. 0-1. Haroldo Cebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Salomone having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomás Txindoki during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ben-Hur's Tomás Txindoki got a free kick in the 25th minute. Ben-Hur's Federico Salomone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Cebo in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to El Huracan getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ruperto Iratzeder hit a great ball. Matias Gonsalvo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hipolito Umea. A collision led to El Huracan getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Rosendo Musko hit a great ball. Hipolito Umea was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 32nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaac Jobo got free with Matias Gonsalvo in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Federico Salomone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Cebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes in the game, Isidro Ramond fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Matias Gonsalvo having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After 51 played minutes El Huracan got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Iratzeder. Ruperto Iratzeder charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruperto Iratzeder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes El Huracan got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Iratzeder. Matias Gonsalvo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Jobo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Aquilino Ignado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 63 minutes of play, El Huracan's Haroldo Cebo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Federico Salomone was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eriberto Ostots was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 71 played minutes Ben-Hur got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Ostots. In the 72nd minute, Haroldo Cebo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Federico Salomone. The goal made the score 0-3. The supporters of Ben-Hur booed when El Huracan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruperto Iratzeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Isaac Jobo made a precise shot to the right of Matias Gonsalvo. El Huracan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Isaac Jobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Matias Gonsalvo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matias Gonsalvo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaac Jobo went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Isaac Jobo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ben-Hur's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaac Jobo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Gonsalvo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Federico Salomone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Cebo in the 97th minute of the match. Although Ben-Hur had been in control for most of the match, El Huracan still came away with the win.
