In the 16th minute of the match Eloy Naldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ulises Belo skillfully saved the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Rincón de los sauces F.C's Victoriano Cidro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilfredo Jerold narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Jonas Precioso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Todd FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Tanio came free, but Wilfredo Jerold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilfredo Jerold made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Victoriano Cidro sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Todd FC booed when Rincón de los sauces F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Galsino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Belo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacio Mercurio's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pablo Tanio to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Tanio in the 54th minute of play forced Todd FC's goalkeeper Wilfredo Jerold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldo Beturian during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes Todd FC got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Beturian. After a rather tough play, Todd FC's Jonas Precioso got a free kick in the 58th minute. Pablo Tanio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Todd FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Tanio came free, but Wilfredo Jerold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rincón de los sauces F.C's Ulises Belo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Sanchez in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Rincón de los sauces F.C getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Rodolfo Maties hit a great ball. Ignacio Mercurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulises Belo having to interfere. With a little luck, Rincón de los sauces F.C's Ulises Belo got control of the ball when Ignacio Mercurio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roberto Sanchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ulises Belo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pablo Tanio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Tanio scored 2-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilfredo Jerold, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Todd FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rincón de los sauces F.C.
