Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Anguilan's Tomas Ticho started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomas Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Dimo having to interfere. When Tomas Ticho fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Anguilan's protests and gave Tomas Ticho a yellow card for diving instead. Tomas Ticho hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Santiago Quilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Sadurni in the 12th minute of the match. Santiago Quilo made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Lino Urti sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Ticho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Urti struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Santiago Quilo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rojos F C. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abelardo Sadurni in the 28th minute of play forced Anguilan's goalkeeper Santiago Quilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Dimo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Serapio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lino Urti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lino Urti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Santiago Quilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th match minute, Anguilan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Meder to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Sadurni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santiago Quilo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Lino Urti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santiago Quilo having to make a save. 44 minutes into the game, Tomas Ticho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Augusto Dimo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 49th minute, Santos Serapio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Anguilan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Tomas Ticho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anguilan's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Ticho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Dimo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lino Urti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abelardo Sadurni might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Quilo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abelardo Sadurni ran back to his position shaking his head. Santos Serapio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Augusto Dimo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
