Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Erasmo Guillerme took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rosario Central's goalkeeper Timoteo Milio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Gabriel Matthew made a precise shot to the right of Timoteo Milio. Rosario Central's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Gabriel Matthew fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Milio having to interfere. Rosario Central's Timoteo Milio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Matthew in the 17th minute of play. Gabriel Matthew fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Milio having to interfere. Mauricio Cristos's late challenge caught a Rosario Central's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauricio Cristos helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Volta got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Cristos. Sebastian Handi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Milio having to interfere. Rosario Central's Timoteo Milio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Matthew in the 26th minute of play. Timoteo Milio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Handi, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Baltasar Vistruario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute of the match Roque Hermelando shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Timoteo Milio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Timoteo Milio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Matthew in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Matthew in the 37th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Timoteo Milio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 39 minutes, Jacobo Pabla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Volta and the Rosario Central players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 39 played minutes Volta got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Pabla. In the 43rd minute, Sebastian Handi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gabriel Matthew had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Rosario Central players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Volta were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Handi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Rosario Central's zone, Sebastian Handi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timoteo Milio came out of the goal and Sebastian Handi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erasmo Guillerme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Salvador Flores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosario Central's Timoteo Milio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Rosario Central from getting a goal against them. Sebastian Handi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Milio having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Handi came free, but Timoteo Milio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Liher. With a little luck, Rosario Central's Timoteo Milio got control of the ball when Gabriel Matthew tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Gabriel Matthew came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Volta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Matthew couldn't finish the play. Gabriel Matthews short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Timoteo Milio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 87th minute, Gabriel Matthew hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Gabriel Matthew got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastian Handi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Timoteo Milio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Narciso Liher fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 94th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Salvador Flores came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosario Central's Ruperto Ovando. But to his dismay, Ruperto Ovando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
